Please Arrive 30 Minutes EarlyYour ticket reserves a specific train departure time. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled departure for check-in and pre-boarding festivities, including an included festive craft activity for children.
Your Reserved Train & Santa ExperienceThe immersive simulated train journey and special visit with Santa Claus together last approximately 20 minutes. Pre-boarding activities take place beforehand and are additional to that time.
Tickets & ChildrenAll guests, including infants and toddlers, must have a ticket. Child tickets are for ages 15 and under. Children must be accompanied by a ticketed adult, age 16 or older.
Holiday Treats & KeepsakesFestive refreshments, holiday souvenirs, and other seasonal extras will be available for purchase onsite.
A Little Holiday Cheer for the Grown-UpsAdults can enjoy beer, wine, cocktails, and other beverages at neighboring Revival Hall Taproom before or after their North Pole adventure.
